Missed period, mood changes, breast tenderness, gas, nausea, sometimes light spotting, heightened sense of smell, cravings. Every woman/pregnancy is different though, I always just knew somehow and would try to convince myself I was crazy until I had a positive test.

Both of mine were bad trapped gas for a day.
I felt like an alkaseltzer tablet was in my tummy then a weird metallic taste when I wasn’t eating or drinking. I knew by week two each time I was pregnant.
I get nose bleeds before positive test. Not excess but just enough to notice if I blew my nose…
