What are the signs of labor?

I am currently 31 weeks 6 days. What are some odd signs of labor? Common or uncommon, I am curious.

Back pain that comes and goes.

Lots of pooping or puking, your body cleans itself out right before labor starts. Tummy tightness and back ache. Leakage, clear or pinkish.

I was over a week late, I had some light stomach cramping like I was getting my period Saturday afternoon and went into labor at 11pm that night. My water never broke…it’s different for everybody! Good luck! Our little one is 3 months now :heart: get all the sleep you can now!!! I never let the doc check me as I got closer to my due date and even after, no reason to you can be 2cm dilated for a few weeks before you go into labor. It only increases your chances of infection, will cause you to spot and is completely unnecessary.

With my first I was 41 weeks and experienced no signs of labor. OB said I was going to be induced, but before that could happen they told me he was showing signs of distress. Needless to say after an hour or so of arguing with not only myself but the doctors, I was taken back to have a cesarian. I don’t want this to happen again!
