Has anyone had cramping and light spotting but got a negative test but still ended up pregnant? I’m not due for my period for another week but have been trying naturally to get pregnant. The spotting is super light and only when I wipe.

Work at a fertility clinic. It could be implantation bleeding. Give it about 3 days when it stops and test. If it’s positive then you’ll know

that could be implantation bleeding so you could be testing to early. Do you track ovulation?
