So not mom related but kinda I am struggling very much with my body & the way I look I want to start working out at home what are some good YouTube work out channel(s) that I can follow until I’m ready to join a gym?!

Download the app called “Fiton” it has a lot of trainer led workouts from stretching to Pilates to high intensity interval training from beginners to advanced and with or without equipment. If wanting to lose weight then the biggest thing is to eat in a calorie deficit. You can research a calorie calculator or download a tracker app like mynetdiary to help you figure out your baseline daily calorie needs for weight loss then you can start to adjust your dietary intake to maximize your calories allowed.
