Maybe you are tearing try lube or not as ruff sex. If more internal maybe an ultrasound to see if you have any fibroids or cysts?
I had a disease ostist pubis… plus you need tested to rule anything

Pelvic inflammatory disease, too much/too rough intercourse, stds, etc. The only way to know is by seeing your Gynecologist. Is it associated with any other symptoms like upset stomach,swelling, discharge will be questions they will likely ask.
