How many of you mommies had hemorrhoids after delivery and how long did they last?

Oh mama! Mine were so bad! I had the rhino virus at 36 weeks and the coughing gave me hemorrhoids so bad. Birth was ok. Then it felt like a gum ball. I am still waiting for it to return to normal after 6 months. It doesn’t hurt now but oh man it did for the first week. Ice it if you can.

I had a daughter 4 years ago and it seemed to take forever to go away. Stool softener and fiber are my best friend. And tons of water. You can also sit in an Epsom salt bath but with Luke warm water and probably just enough water to cover your bottom. They are the worst. I thought they would never calm down. Witch hazel helps too.

Depends on the delivery but if he’s at least 30 now and you are tired of him…kick him out !!!
