What can I do for a congested toddler?

I am needing information on how to help my congested toddlers. Any tips and tricks? They have runny noses and they sound stuffed up

Put children cherry Vicks on the bottom of your child’s feet

Hottest shower you can get- close bathroom door and let them sit in the steam - sit with them , read a book. Let that hot water run til it’s out
