Rock and play I never let mine lay completely down…
Putting my baby in her rock and play helped her from spitting up a ton, her gas drops, and she was prescribed meds when she was 3 months old.
hand towels and old cloths… along with all of the above. If I was to ever have another baby with reflux I would also pack A TOP for me in the nappy bag as well. Never forget going shopping and my top being totally wet from spew.
