My 13 month old has been teething (I’m guessing his first molars) and I think he may have an ear infection. He has been rubbing his ears all day today and yesterday. I have an appointment with his pediatrician on Friday but is there anything I can do until then to help him?
Ibuprofen always worked for us for ear pain with our toddler.
Ibuprofen helps. I would just go to urgent care if possible and get a script for antibiotics. Ear infections can get bad really quick.
My daughter had constant ear infections and was horrible with teething. Alternating Tylenol and motrin helped so much. If your little one likes the bath sometimes a warm tub will help at least distract them and relax them for a little bit
