Anyone have any advice or recommendations on kids with restless legs syndrome? Also to mention she has severe eczema and they plays a big factor in it too. She is 8 and is so restless. It’s such a struggle especially with school.
If you could find a muscle rub that is for sensitive skin. You run it up the back of the leg right before bed. (This is only my opinion, I’ve used this method for years and it’s helped me)
