XXX vitamin water worked wonders for me

Apples crackers and zofran

These and peppermints.

Iā€™d eat saltine crackers before bed and before I even lifted my head off the pillow. It helped

Peppermint tea!! Helped me A LOT!!

B12 i had it soo bad.

Iā€™m 13 weeks and up until about a week ago I was getting sick every single day. My dr put me on zofran. Itā€™s helped a throwing up. I still get nauseous tho.

Peppermint! I never has nausea but during labor I felt EXTREMELY nauseous and they put peppermint on a cotton ball and had me smell it. Helped fast and really well!

Good luck, lmk when you figure it outā£ļø

Iā€™m eating this right this second for mine itā€™s sherbet but Iā€™m sure Iā€™ve cream will work too just donā€™t do with chunks like Rocky road, cookie dough, etc

Cucumbers. They are bland and filling and full of water to keep you hydrated.
Also another trick I used was a Sonic Route 44 cup of ice. Squeeze a lemon on top or two. Then sprinkle a little salt and eat it.

Vitamin b6, unisom, reglan, small amounts of bland foods.

Ginger, saltine crackers, ginger ale, peppermint please stay away from prescriptionsā€¦

10-25 mg of vitamin B6 3 times a day. Yes it is safe to take with your prenatals

Ginger Gum, sold at walgreens! Works wonders

Peppermint lifesavers saved me in my last pregnancy

Lots of water, and donā€™t let yourself get hungry. I know it sounds hard but it works(Im 18 weeks pregnant) and the only thing that got me through the first trimester was keeping food in my system. Snacking often throughout the day. That and my midwife prescribing me Diclectin for nausea.

Peppermint and sour candy

Multi Grain Cheerios!

Iā€™m 26 weeks and threw up for the 1st 23 itā€™s awful ginger pills vitamin b6

My doctor prescribed me medicine for it! Ask your doctor!

Try baby cookies! They arenā€™t as salty as saltines so you donā€™t get dry mouth. But ultimately you may want to ask your doctor about antinausea meds. I was on diclectin which helped SO MUCH. She also recommended a b6 vitamin for extra help.

Never let yourself get hungry. Any time I did I would feel too sick to eat and it would start a cycle. But if I smacked all day long and never ā€œgot hungryā€ it helped a lot.

Saltines or goldfish. Dot have an empty belly.

My Dr had me take Emetrol. Not sure about the spelling but its an over the counter liquid that I almost lived on

Sip ginger ale and always and I mean always nibble on crackers. I know it sounds crazy but as long as you have something in your stomach you donā€™t tend to get nauseous

Zofran from the doctor but I get the fun extreme morning sickness that gets you hospitalizedā€¦

Chocolate milk for heart burn. Peanut butter before bed for morning sickness .

Homemade ginger tea helps some but once u throw that up you will never be able to drink or smell it ever again! Worst experience of my life

For me the only thing I could keep down was apple sauce and ginger ale

Sea Bands are working for me.

I would sip a half of a glass of cranberry juice as soon as I opened my eyes. It seemed to help alot.

Only thing that worked for me was zofran but i had extreme nausea that lasted my whole pregnacy any time i ate i got sick it was miserable

I was sick for my entire pregnancy, threw up 2x daily. Diclegis was the only thing that help curb the nausea :-1:t2::-1:t2:

Iā€™m old fashioned. Crackers and 7 up

Ginger root candy. Usually can find at whole foods store.

Youā€™re doctor should have prescribed you to something to calm it down. Mine did, and it took all of it away.

Vinegar, in a sandwich or chips whatever, i will swear by it. Even 6 years after my last child, still the best remedy for an upset stomach.

Pregnancy pops were amazing! They have them on Amazon. I had horrible nausea with both my boys and those helped a lot!

Crackers and vernors always worked for me

Ginger soda helped me I would drink it before I eat

Pickles juice sour or kroser you to help me try see it workfor you

Only thing that worked was zofran. Everything else was a no go!

Blueberries, ginger peppermint, gingerale, 7up instead of Sprite, soda crackers, dry toast, lemon water on empty stomach, I love blueberries the best balance my sugar too.

33 weeks and still getting sick. Peppermints help a lot and taste way better than ginger candies. Water helps but even still sometimes if I drink too much water, it comes back up so be aware of how fast and how much you drink.

I feel ur pain I had a man recommend b6 said it worked wonders for his wife have not tried it because I am almost in second trimester hooray hereā€™s hoping

10mg. 3 times a day. Causes no harm to fetus or mother, does not help as a remedy, but taken daily as a preventative.

By i had morning sickness all throught my pragnessmorning noon and night and

Ginger candies and saltines were always my go to.

Ritz crackers and grape jelly helped me

Crackers and room temperature sprite worked for me. But everyone is different what works for one may not work for another.

Zophran if you are vomiting too much otherwise altoids

Unison and b6 at night helped my wife so much for the next day. Made her feel so much better. If she forgot she was naseaus all day. And Dr approved/ recommendet it

Halls vitamin c drops really helped and I got an extra boost of Vitamin C!

Iā€™m 36 weeks and still trying to figure that out šŸ¤·

Peppermintā€¦gingerā€¦ drink slowly too. Sometimes we chug and it will turn the stomach.

Only thing that worked for me was to sip on regular coke cola flat is best if you can stand it. The heavy syrup coats stomach and knocks down the acid that causes nausea

B6 and Unisom!! It helped me soooooo much. Plus suckers!

Please try any other option before medication. I was sick too but refused to take meds. Zofran was being prescribed to everyone and then found out it was linked to certain problems, I donā€™t know why a dr would EVER give a pregnant woman phenergan and reglan seems to be safe so far but u never know.

I ate lemon drops or lemon heads and they helped

All doctors will say vitamin b6 with zofran or regulan
