WHat can I do for my childs stuffy nose?

my baby woke up with the worst stuffy nose ever! He’s 12 months old. He won’t let us use anything on his nose. Any recommendations for medication? Most are for 2+ yrs old. We are buying the Frida suction thing, we got Vicks humidifier and steamer so we are buying the tabs and liquid soon too, and baby rub. But im finding it hard to find medication for the mucus

Saline nose spray, then suck it out with the Frida it helps not dry the nostrils up too much and you get way more mucus out

One of my kids was pretty much born with a constant stuffy nose. Was told to use saline drops. It does work I have to say. Lay them down and tilt their head back and put a couple drops in each side every few hours. Nose will end up running like crazy. Keep lots of soft tissues around. Just don’t use too often or it can dry out and cause nose bleeds.

Baby vicks on the bottoms of the feet and then socks

Benadryl was the only thing we could give our baby.

Use nasal spray to break it up and cut an onion and put it under crib

Nose sucker and humidifier. They prefer you dont Give baby’s decongestant until after 2! Steam from the shower will also help to loosen up the mucous !

Cut up and onion and put in his room! Works wonders for my kids when they are sick

Simply saline nose spray kids shouldn’t take cold meds only ones we used if very necessary was Bert’s bees brand for infants and children

I have being just squirting a lil saline in each of bubs nostrils and it really seems to be working for my lil one he’s 4 months old

I wouldn’t give an infant any over the counter meds without consulting their pediatrician first.

Be careful with Vicks. Google it.

Saline nose spray and suction often. Steam showers in closed bathroom without fan will help open up. Just stand outside of the shower.

Look on Amazon they have stuff for as young as three months
