What do I get my grandma for her 90th bday? She can’t really see so that limits my options some lol

A record player with old records? Some kind of antique music player?

Ask her what was her favorite bday, and try to recreate it as much as possible! Same music, cake etc…

She can listen to an audio version of books on a Kindle.
Time spent with you. If she’s mobile, take her out for a meal or a snack, read to her, get dual reiki massages, get mani-pedis (there are nail techs that come to your home if necessary), go to a concert, visit a park and describe the sights or take her on an accessible trail.

A nice soft warm blanket she can use in her chair.
Quality time, ask her about her life, her childhood. What was her most memorable experience. They have books they can fill out but you can always ask her the questions and fill it in for her.
My Mom is 93 and loves Bath and Body Works lotions and soaps. I also agree with those saying time with you. Your grandma has had an amazing life. Ask her about her childhood and record her answers.
Take her out for an afternoon tea .
