Insomnia has hit me hard out of nowhere lately. I’m just not sure how to combat it I’ve never delt with it like this before. I have tried melatonin and otc sleep aid. It is accompanied by what feels like electricity shooting through my calves and tightening all my calf and foot muscles and tendons. It hurts and I have to work in 2.5 hrs - been up for 2.5 hrs so that is 5 hrs less sleep if I can’t fall back asleep. If you have tips or wanna say a prayer or send a good vibe my way id be so thankful.

Magnesium Glycinate My dr told me about it. Has to be Glycinate.
Drink more water I think that’s what it is especially the cramps and stuff in your legs
I take two valerian root capsules about an hour and half before bed
For my insomnia I would smoke some green and then within 30 min I would be sleeping
Magnesium and keep hydrated.
I dealt with insomnia a while ago, edible cannabis (gummies or chocolate) helped me 100%. I was back to sleeping like a baby.
Magnesium 20 minutes before bed. May take a few days for full effect
I do a 5mg THC / 20mg CBD gummy one hour before bed and it has turned my sleepless nights around. I have a lot of back and hip pain and I use to frequently wake during the night. Not any more. I wake rested and pain free now.
I have the same exact issue….magnesium is the answer.
Sounds like restless leg syndrome …
Crazy as it sounds, a bar of soap down by your feet helps!!
Take a hot bath or shower before bed. Rub your legs with a hot wash cloth while you bathe. Get Epsom salts if you don’t have any preferably lavender. Also meditate before bed for at least half an hour
