What can I do for skin build up on my babies head?

Any trick out there for skin build up on babies forehead?? My poor girl has so much build up on her forehead i don’t know what to do

If it’s cradle cap, I got into the bath with baby and laid her on my legs. And washed/ brushed with a soft baby brush in circle motion a few times over a week or two and it got better each time.

Is it like cradle cap? I used aquaphor on my daughter’s and then gently scratched it out and haven’t seen any since

Sounds like cradle cap. A little bit of baby oil on baby’s head and then brush out of baby’s hair.

If your breast feeding - quit gluten, it solved my kid’s problem. Went away on its own.

Coconut oil and brush out with soft brush or a bit of head n shoulder shampoo
