Stained teeth! I just left the dentist and they are telling me there is nothing I can do for the coffee stains in my teeth near the gum area. Any tips!?!?

Peroxide, baking soda, coconut oil pulling and stop drinking coffee lol.
Did they not offer a deep-clean by a hygienist?! I use charcoal toothpaste which is good for stains. Apparently you can make a deep-cleaning paste using charcoal too which you use rarely but will remove all the staining. Maybe internet search?
I use charcoal toothpaste and a charcoal brush. Seems to really help! But I would definitely find another office that offers whitening services
