Our pediatrician gave us Claritin for my then 2 year old. But maybe check with your local pharmacy

Zyrtec. It’s cheapest at Costco.

Make sure you have the allgeren house filter! It will b your saving grace

Ask a pharmacist or doctor.
I used a half or sometimes a quarter dose of Benadryl if it was really bad. Now they take children’s Reactine.
