Ibprophen and tylonal and them heat patches
My dr. gave me hydrocodone for the first couple weeks plus ibuprofen 800 and I used a heating pad like all the time
Paracetamol regular and try be as mobile as possible. My 1st felt bad few weeks as had loads stitches but 2nd and onwards was Mobile straight away and seemed better
Massage your tummy with your fists with as much pressure as you can handle. This is what helped me too. It’s your uterus still enlarged. Also if you were tiny when you got pregnant but cared a really big baby you could have stretched your rib cage out, or popped a rib bone out of location. This happened to me, if that’s the case definitely see a chiropractor.
I didn’t have a huge amount of pain after, I was out the hospital within 12 hours, mobile pretty much all the time, went food shopping the day after we got home. Just took paracetamol for the pain in the stitches. hope you feel better soon but try and get mobile it hurts more if you get stiff x
Have a pillow nearby. whenever you feel like sneezing, coughing, etc, hug the pillow. I know it sounds weird but it does help.
I would have to physically like hold my vag when I coughed or anything to help with the pressure pain but the pain only lasted about 2 weeks until I was almost back to normal
Alternated taking Tylenol and Naproxen through the day. I used a bengkung belly wrap the first few weeks after delivery. It really helped support my core and aid in uterine recovery.
Move as much as possible and pain management plus sleep as much as u need I was lucky enough to have my husband home with me and he let me sleep whenever I want
Heat should help with the muscles. If you used a belly band during pregnancy it may help now or even some very high waisted shaper underwear!
I took Tylenol and ibuprofen and otherwise just suffered
Heating pad and pain mess have helped me I had my baby 11/5
