What are some natural things I can do to actually fall asleep? I have alwats struggled with this

You can get it and gummy form or pill form but it’s a natural substance in your brain that some people lack which causes sleep problems and so usually I take two gummies which are 10 mg each about 20-30 minutes before I want to go to bed and when I take it I fall asleep faster and stay asleep!
I take a supplement called calm legs. I got it for leg cramps but it helps me sleep.
