Make a Redwine sauce/Gravy. Mash potato and some vege! Yum I love venison

Chili. Make sausage patties for breakfasts as a side to pancakes/waffles or in egg sandwiches. Pretty much any recipe where you would use ground beef or any ground meat. Complimentary tastes to venison include cherries and cranberries, sweet red wine sauces.

Spaghetti or chili. I use it for anything that usually has ground beef, and for breakfast with eggs
