Goats milk it’s wonderful for kids with allergies.

Breast milk almond milk oat milk. Don’t do cows milk

Nut milks do not have enough fat, so full fat cow’s milk or soy is good

There seems to be conflicting advice so you should probly ask your pediatrician

Water…there is ZERO need for any milk past formula or breastfeeding

Goat milk alone is not recommended for babies. The milk has a high concentration of minerals and proteins, but less folate than is necessary to meet a child’s nutritional needs. Some studies also indicate that goat milk is associated with high rates of anemia.

We did Hemp milk… superior to cow milk in every way.

Something with a high fat content. The fat helps with brain development in children, hence why they are supposed to have whole milk. Talk to your pediatrician and ask about alternatives and next time you’re at the store look at how much fat is in whole milk and then check out the goats milk, almond, oat, and soy options and find the one that is closest to the whole milk.

Water…
And nutritious food. After a year old no milk or formula is needed

Goat milk. Almond milk…

Talk to your kid’s PEDIATRICIAN!!!
