What can I make with baby oatmeal?

My baby just turned one and he can eat anything now but I have A LOT of baby oatmeal, like 15+ containers and I dont want them to go to waste, besides giving some to someone that need them, what can I make with them besides plain oatmeal? Any ideas?

Add fruit & make oatmeal breakfast muffins or cereal bars

Flap jacks :yum: any over put it in a bag, roll the with the rolling pin, & put out for the birds
