Anyone else suffer from constipation and bloating? It’s been going on a few months now. Any relief from it?

A cup of Smooth Move tea before bed will help. Will help get things moving in 6-8 hours. It tastes really good, just don’t have too much! Peak Frean cookies- Blueberry Brown sugar with flax seed. I eat 2 of those before bed when I haven’t had a BM for a day or so. None of these cause diarrhea or make you have to run to the bathroom all day.
