I have a bit over a pound of boneless fried chicken and I need ideas that are kid picky friendly to repurpose into something else
KFC bowls or you can make a KFC bowl casserole. Just like individual bowls but in a casserole
Chicken tenders, nuggets, spaghetti, salad
KFC bowls -potatoes, corn, cut up fried chicken, topped with cheese and gravy, cut up on top of salad, pull off the breading and shred the meat up for chicken and (rice/biscuits/stuffing/pot pie, etc
I usually make snack wraps like what McDonald’s use to have. Cut up the chicken and put cheese shredded lettuce and whatever sauce you like
Chicken salad or chicken tacos
My son is very picky and he’ll eat fried chicken in nuggets, chicken Parm, or KFC bowls
My kids liked chicken tetrazzini. It’s made with spaghetti
I use them to make wraps. Chicken Caesar salads. Kfc bowls, tacos, avocado chicken toast. Or just pair with Mac n cheese and apple slices for those super picky eaters ( all kids love Mac n cheese)
Pick off the chicken and add it to Rice a Roni.
Shred up the chicken and make a shredded chicken gravy. Make butter noodles. Kids can eat the butter noodles. Try the chicken gravy and either leave it or eat it
