My hair is so incredibly dry any masks or conditioners recommended? The ends feel like straw, def worse lately
Joico kpak… as a cosmetologist it’s by far one of my favorites… remember also makes a great one as well.
I’ve used Henna Placenta from Sally’s Beauty Supply! But my hair was from bleaching! I use moisture shampoo and conditioner from Sally’s also! My hair is great now!
Bed head resurrection!
And I use k pac masks.
Sometimes I use L’Oréal acidic bonding line.
Pantene moisture. Shampoo and conditioner.
Get a trim and try leave in conditioner. Also don’t cheap out on shampoo and conditioner brands.
Coconut oil leave in conditioner, I use Palmers
Agadir Moroccan Oil. It’s incredible. Pricey, but worth it. Just a dab will do after showering and put on your ends and before you know it your hair is more silky and lush
Sauce from Sally’s best conditioner I have ever used made my hair feel like silk
Look up hair oiling it’s is life changing make sure you do it right though watch some TikTok’s don’t over do it on the oil you can flood your hair with it but also this hair mask is amazing if you can’t get into the salon for a trim/deep conditioning treatment
What about frizzy hair what would be good to use
Pure sacred mask, it’s like 35 bucks but I absolutely swear by it
V05 in a tube. You just need a tiny bit but it works wonders. You can get it at Walmart on the shampoo aisle.
Not your mothers brand products helped with mine. I have to use their leave in conditioner which helps calm that straw like sensation
You have to get salon quality shampoo and conditioner sets.
Biolage ultra hydrasource does wonders🙌🏼
Amika and Olaplex for hair masks❤️
Use olive oil in one week you Will see an improvement.
Olaplex !! hair treatment 1 2 and 3 I use the heat shield and the cream as well
This is what salons use it’s wonderful but will work and goes pretty far
Get a spray in oil and try that.
I use suave salon proven, then i use anti frizz oil and it seems to help my ends.
Mines right the opposite, so oily I have to wash daily☹️
I use plain Argon Oil for overnight before I wash my hair. I rub it on my scalp ad nd cover all my hair especially the ends. I am having chemotherapy and it dries my scalp and hair. I also use tee tree oil shampoo and conditioner to wash my hair. Also years ago people used V0 5 oil.
Coconut oil short term.
Invest in a high quality shampoo…
Paul Mitchell super skinny serum, biolage ultra moisture shampoo and conditioner, and leave in spray. Also do you have hard water? A water softener? That makes a HUGE difference
Coconut water shampoo & conditioner i think its herbal essence brand? It’s blue though. Also aussie moist shampoo & conditioner.
Cheap Mayo not miracle whip or salad dressing. Coat your hair put a shower cap on sleep overnight wash out next day and try a beer rinse. Cheap beer pour over after washing let it stay a couple of minutes and rinse out. My grandma did this to us grand kids back in the day
Body shop banana hair mask. Gloop it on and leave for half an hour.
I’m a cosmetologist do u have a picture of your hair? You may need a protein treatment. If you get one make sure to deep condition afterwards. But also deep condition weekly. You want to let it sit for at least 15-20 mins preferably with a plastic cap on under heat then rinse with cold water. I use It’s a 10. This size linked below lasts me a good minute also use a leave in conditioner. I use Healthy Sexy Hair leave in and Chi Silk infusion serum which is a lightweight oil that protects from heat also and gives shine and moisture It’s a 10 haircare Miracle Hair Mask | It's A 10 Haircare official site
Add olive oil to your conditioner
I do a rice water mask. I make my own because I am cheap and this is easy. In a mason jar add CLEAN rice and a banana peel. Add water to the top. Leave on counter top for 24 hours. If you leave it longer than that start over if you use banana. After 24 hours strain out rice save rice water. add an egg some cinnamon coconut or olive oil mix well. Apply to all of your hair and let sit for 3-8 hours. Wash with shampoo and conditioner. If hair is still oily from oil wash twice with shampoo.
Stop washing it daily. 3 times a week will replenish oils to your hair
Biolage Conditioning Balm…it will change your life! Also use salon quality shampoo
Is it dry bc the hair damaged? Do you do at home bleaching, use hot tools, box dyes?
Def go an olaplex type product, there’s some hair masks in packets at Walmart if your more on a budget. Make sure you’re not using really crap shampoo. And get a hair cut ask them in their professional opinion what’s going on with your hair.
If you can manage, try only washing your hair once a week. And I found argon and or Moroccan oils to be AMAZING for my dry ends. A little rubbed between your hands, then run your fingers through your wet/damp washed hair, focusing on the ends and let it dry. If you’re going to use heat to dry, also use a heat protectant spray before hand.
Olaplex hands down. 1, 2 and 3 if you have extra funds. It’s a lifesaver!! I’m a hairstylist and do treatments often on my clients. Especially bleached out hair!! (Highlights, balayage or funky colors)
Also make sure you use a leave in conditioner and/or heat protection if you blow dry or flat iron.
