With my Second little I threw up a lot but heck at least I felt better after I threw up and could eat something. This one… this one right here… I can’t eat, I can’t smell anything without being nausea, everything is making me sick I can’t eat anything I feel so helpless and hungry and sad. I’m a hangry person and I’m trying not to be hateful but I feel so so so bad. I smell everything! Please what did you do for extreme nausea.

I had extreme sickness just like you. The only thing I did - per my doctor - was to drink sweet tea or koolaid. Sometimes when we feel worse than usual all we need is sugar! Might be something to try to see if you can eat. Saltines were a life saver too. It wont be a cure but it can ease it a bit.

I had to be put on nausea meds

Sugar water . I was the same way . Nausea meds

I had to take prescribed meds. Threw up whole 9 months lost 10 pounds. Meds helped but not completely

I was told to take b6 for my nausea but then found out I had gallstones and had to have my gallbladder removed this past Monday I was very nauseous and they had me smell an alcohol wipe it helped !

Your doctor should have prescribed you something to help.

Try travel sickness tablets they helped me loads I couldn’t get out of bed and stand up without being sick constantly. Then the doctor gave me sickness tablets they seemed the work for a while. I also know people who use travel sickness bands If you don’t want to take the tablets xxx

Hyperemesis Gravidarum(sp?). My best friend has this and lost 30+ pounds and is just joe being able to really eat stuff at 30 weeks

Honestly sounds like what I’m going through with my second pregnancy right now. I’ve got diagnosed with hyperemesis gravidarum. I’ve called off so much that I’m getting ready to quit my job because I can’t work. There’s days when I cannot eat. I was told by my doctor to eat soup broth Ensure anything I could keep down. I would definitely schedule an appointment soon within the next few days.

Try sea bands. I can’t speak from personal experience (I just used Preggie pops and jolly ranchers) but I heard they work wonders

Sounds like it could be entering hypermesis gravidarum territory. I had it with all 3 pregnancies, bad enough I was on a PICC (long term IV) and Zofran (anti-nausea medication) and still vomited a crazy amount. Try to find something inoffensive to smell. Lemons or mint sometimes work, to cover worse smells. Flat soda or gatorade, popsicles, Jello. Plain mashed potatoes. Ginger sometimes helps but if you’re actually vomiting it’s a bad idea (burns!!) Most typical morning sickness remedies are not going to help when you’re that sick and it can be really hurtful when nobody understands how sick you are or why, and can’t help. The most important thing is to try to stay hydrated and then get some calories in if you can. Don’t worry about the quality or quantity you consume, just focus on whatever works and that’s fine for now. Being dehydrated makes nausea worse and so does low blood sugar. If it’s really bad, you’re showing signs of dehydration and can’t get ahead of it go to urgent care or the ER. They can give you an IV and anti-nausea meds to get some relief. Sometimes it only helps a little while but it does help. It can feel so overwhelming, miserable, lonely and helpless but you’re not alone.

Vitamin b6 worked wonders

This pregnancy was like that for my whole first trimester. Hot lemon water helped a little bit. I jist sipped it. Other than that I was miserable. I did take Reglan a couple times but I suffered through it mostly. Idk how far along you are but mine magically stopped at 12 weeks and hasn’t been back. I’m 40 weeks today.

Zofran, call the office now,!
