I’m currently 21 weeks pregnant and have noticed bruising on my cheek I haven’t been hit in the face and honestly don’t know how I got a bruise there I read online that it could be preeclampsia I know you should never Google but it’s odd that I have unexplained bruising! Any one have any idea why I could be bruising on my face!?

When in doubt get checked out just go to the hospital that way u know for sure that is nothing to play with
anemia…i know when my iron is really low me just grazing something will leave a bruise for days
