Is pregnancy headache a thing? I swear I always have a headache, I’m 15 weeks.
Yes. My OB said take 300 mg magnesium oxide 2x a day and that has helped immensely. I also had daily headaches. So more water and the magnesium has been amazing
Really it could be so many different things. For me having headaches while pregnant was always a thing. It was always just my hormones usually. The one time it got really bad I was dehydrated and ended up needing iv fluids. If you’re not drinking enough fluids definitely start. I’d also have them check your blood pressure to be safe.
When I was going through headaches early in pregnancy it’s because I was dehydrated and not sleeping well
Please get your blood pressure checked, it can be a sign of high blood pressure xx
I had migraines in early pregnancy until I realized it had more to do with caffeine withdraw than the pregnancy. I quit coffee cold turkey and that was a big mistake!
I am 30 weeks and have had a headache every single day since getting pregnant… it’s always on the one side of my head and it’s brutal. I also don’t have high blood pressure , doctor says it’s just hormones.
Mine were allergy related. If I used the Neti Pot every morning, I was fine.
I had them for several months, even the pressure from the shower on my forehead was painful. It was one way that I realized I was pregnant the second time, I got in the shower and the water hurt my head.
Dehydration. Drink a really cold iced water, don’t chug it, small sips but try to stay hydrated
My mom always got them, but It was because she had high blood pressure during her pregnancy. But idk I wholeheartedly believe and feel like this is something you should be asking and talking to your obgyn/pcp.
I always had headaches when pregnant. I went to the chiropractor and it helped out a lot.
The extra blood pumping around your body can cause headaches.
