Has anyone struggled with stiff or swollen feeling hands while pregnant? I struggled with it with my son but this pregnancy just has me not wanting to move or use my hands at all.

Possible preeclampsia if the swelling is a lot. Check with your Dr. Cut back on salt and take 81mg aspirin daily.

Your body does all this crazy crap while your pregnant. It can also cause inflammation in the joints. Take some Tylenol.
Joint inflammation and swelling. Talk to your Dr about it.
Carpel tunnel. Wear wrist braces at night and see if it helps!

Carpel tunnel. I’m on month 2 of it. Haven’t found any relief yet!

Carpel tunnel I had to get braces for my hands but it helped and it took several weeks after birth before it went away
Check with your doctor. It could be fluid retention. Also carpal tunnel.
The only time I would get stiff was during a panic attack. My whole body gets stiff as a board. It’s terrifying. Otherwise I have no experience. I would go to the dr because it could be something serious, and treatable.

I have arthritis but it tends to flare worse during my pregnancies. For example I’m 32 weeks and 4 days right now and my hands and knees have been hurting and locking up soooo bad it sucks. But I try to stay active. Rest when I can. Nothing works much for it I find.

Carpal tunnel. I had it with my third pregnancy and it was awful. I wore hand braces at night. It went away immediately after I delivered.
