What could a lump on a toe be?

My 18 month old has a lump under his big toe, I noticed him pointing to it a few times today, I looked and didnt see anything thinking I need to cut his toe nails.
What can it be? Should I take him to emerge?

Not sure ER is needed but definitely make a dr appointment pdq.

Yes Dr can help you be safe God bless you it could be a bite or stepped on something be safe get Dr advice God bless you and baby

I dont think the ER is needed. Call and make an appointment with your baby doctor. Is he walking around fine??? It may bug him, but if he isnt in any pain, then it’s nothing to worry about. Still make an appointment though…just to get it looked at.
