Anyone ever had a previously night time trained kid (for over 2 years) suddenly wet the bed 2 nights in a row? No other complaints by him of pain or anything. Should I be concerned? He is 6.

No I wouldn’t be. My nieces have done it very occasionally and they’ve been potty trained for over 2 years
I’d take your child to the Dr. He may have a UTI or be constipated.
Food allergy. Or his room for some reason is too cold.
Keep an eye on it then ask him or refer him to your GP
