Hey mom’s I need some help! I have an almost 4 month old baby boy and he’s showing a lot of signs of teething, so I stuck my finger in to see what’s going on in there…I felt a bump in BACK of his bottom gums!!! Tell me I’m crazy but is he getting a molar as his first tooth?

The first teeth that normally come in are the front bottom two…
