What did you wear during your water birth?

Any mamas had a water birth or labored in water? What did you wear?

I wore a t shirt of my partners for both my water births :sweat_smile:

I planned on a bikini top for mine but the hot water did the opposite for my labor than anticipated.

I wore nothing but a singlet for my 1st water birth. 2nd one I wore absolutely nothing

I had 2 emergency c-sections, so take my advice with a grain of salt… but NAKED! Or if you aren’t comfortable, wear a sports bra. Water birth has always fascinated me, and the one person I do know who has had one… she was naked. Mama, you are going to be bringing life into this world… wear whatever you feel is best for you. Good luck, and I’m praying for a safe and easy birth for you and babe. 🩷

Just a bra. Whatever makes you comfortable!

I had a emergency c - section. I would think naked so U could go skin to skin immediately.
