What do you do for a house warming party? Helping someone that is moving into a new home. They are already in a home.

Give presents for the house to the person with the new place, have a party somewhere and serve food and drinks. Have games/activities if desired. If the person has been established for a while and has most of what they need, you can pool resources for some home service, like cleaning, lawn or landscaping, firewood delivery or chimney sweep service, outdoor furniture or plants, or a gift certificate to Lowes or Home Depot or for a plant shop/catalog.
