What do you give your baby if whole milk irriates their stomach?

how old is the “baby” thats probably the most important detail if you want to get any semi correct advice

I think soy formulas are the first line of defense, Nutramigen formula for babies that still need less reactive “milk”. I guess if you’re breastfeeding, drink lactose free milk or soy, oat or nut milks, or just cut out dairy except fermented like yogurt, kefir, etc.

If child is older and off bottles, most stores feature lactose-free milk, soy & nut “milks,” though maybe not in lunchbox friendly little boxes, in which case little water bottles (reusable, please), or juice boxes will work. If you freeze them, they’ll keep lunches cold all morning.

After 1 year old we went straight to water. She was allergic to lactose and didn’t do well with her. We did try a few almond milks but stayed away from soy. She’s 10 now and has grown out of it for the most part

Silk sweet almond or cashew milk

If you mean whole milk after 1 you can try 2% or 1%. However after 1 if baby is eating regularly with products that give the same nutrients as milk they don’t NEED milk. My daughter never drank milk wouldn’t even drink chocolate milk until she was like 3
