Does anyone take anything for weight loss? I’m considering talking to my doctor about it but don’t know where to start. Any recommendations?

I monitor my portions and walk around 5 to 6 miles 3 or 4 times a week. I cut out sodas and drink a ton of water. I have gone from 178 to 130.

I took phentermine on and off for quite a while and I was able to lose some weight.
I had struggled to lose any weight after my pregnancy and asked my doctor about some options. He sent me to a nutritionist instead. He said the side effects from the medication wouldn’t be worth it.
