What causes a baby’s soft spot to be sunken in?
Baby has regular wet diapers every day, fed regularly every day, etc…

Take them to see a medical professional immediately. A sunken fontanel can be from many things usually all requiring medical attention. Not just dehydration.

Sucking too hard on bottle can do that. Try going up a nipple size. Also dehydration can do that too.
Did u put any hair tie in baby’s hair? (Hopefully you are already in er)
