The snarky comments are so uncalled for. If you get a tattoo, it’s obviously there, as a piece of art - with or without meaning. Where it’s visible, it’s meant to be looked at. If you were curious though, you should have asked. I honestly imagine a Pennywise smiling, with the mentioned balloon. Perhaps that means you shouldn’t mess with her, because she’s as crazy about her kids as Pennywise is about his victims. That’s how I would read into it. <3
