I am talking with a child support lawyer soon to hopefully get back pay and all that. If yall recieve CS what all does it consist of? Not necessarily dollar about but do yall get medical/dental reimbursement or anything?

No I don’t get reimbursement for medical or dental cause my son has full insurance through his dad and the state
Court order to keep kid on medical and dental until child support is completed . That should be bare minimum
yes your med/dental will be configured with his insurance if he has any. any daycare cost will be configured in your dollar amount received in child support.
There is usually a worksheet for both parents to fill out to figure out what is fair for insurance and payment amounts.
U wouldn’t get reimbursed for anything
If you have to pay out of pocket and then send in to his insurance, then you get reimbursed from them for it.
My ex has to keep medical & dental on the kids & pay 1/2 any amount not covered by insurance
I have to cover medical not sure about dental. He’s supposed to split any activities cost with me. But he don’t even pay the CS.
