What happens when you stop taking birth control?

Depends on why you are taking them… to prevent pregnancy? You might get pregnant… to regulate periods? You will more than likely become irregular again… to help with hormones and balance them out?.. they won’t balance out…

I stopped taking mine 3 months ago and my periods are like when I was in middle school. Painful and heavy :sleepy:
But somehow I have less mood swings and I feel more mellow during my period now. That’s the main reason I stopped because my mood swings were so bad. :upside_down_face:

You start having ‘real periods’ again.

I got the worst cramps ever!!!
