What helps with anxiety, my family doctor tried meds but I’m hesitant to take them. I don’t wanna take meds daily for anxiety/ health care fear as is……
CBD (straight) gummies work really good for me too, I as well have severe anxiety I do not want to be on medication for it rest of my life, I’d like more natural option, I also use  essential oils (lavender) keep little bottle with me if I’m feeling anxious I’ll open it and smell it has I’m doing breathing, also I’ll name off either 10 different colors and or foods
I do take medicine for anxiety, but it’s not the kind of medicine that has to be taken every single day on schedule like normal anxiety medication. it’s called hydroxyzine and it’s an as needed medicine. I can take it 1 to 2 times a day or not at all and it helps a lot. I had the same fear with anxiety medication because I had just gotten off of birth control and didn’t wanna put it in something else in my body that would mess up my mind, but the as needed medication helps a lot. If I feel an anxiety attack coming on, I take it and 30-45 minutes later I feel fine.
For non-medication route hobbies help a lot. I like to read or play a game on my phone or computer to help distract my mind.
I too had a fear of meds but I have been on them for a year now and it’s helped a ton! But showers, walks, cold air help too
If your in a state that has medical marijuana. Try that! It’s all natural
My answer would depend on your kind of anxiety and when it’s at its height lol but for a general response I guess I would say CBD oil worked wonders for me. I have GAD and it’s a bitch to deal with . Exercising, cutting out things that make your heart rate go up like caffeine/ smoking or other bad habits, staying hydrated and getting enough sleep is also a big part of it. also B vitamins are great And daily reminders that your in charge of your mind / body … Little speeches you can use to remind yourself on the daily that it’s just anxiety and you can beat it. Yes it feels like you are dying but you are not and you will get better . Its helps to constantly remind yourself and eventually you start to believe your own words you know ?
At Walmart in the vitamin section it’s called calm gummies works good for anxiety
Deep breathing search up yoga breathing, I found that a tension tamer tea has helped me a lot as well as turning off all devices before bed and read for 15min or until bedtime
I have been taking a lot of walks lately and exercising. Even if I can’t get away from the kids I take them with me. They enjoy it too
St. John’s wort and HPA adapt. Both are supplements that can heal the brain.

I used to take CBD oil and it helped for a couple of years. Unfortunately I must have developed a tolerance to it. I started therapy and they put me on a low dose of Zoloft. So far so good! I didn’t want to take meds either but Zoloft has not given me any side effects except headaches for the first few days while my body was getting used to it. They also prescribed me a blood pressure medicine for when I have extreme anxiety. My blood pressure normally is fine but the doctor said it can be used for anxiety as well and it has definitely helped. I actually used to smoke weed and it made my anxiety worse after a while.
Smoke weed. See if your state has a medical marijuana card. I have anxiety, and it usually doesn’t bother me much during the day, because my mind is busy with work, school and family, but at night, it’s horrible. Smoking has helped me SO much. I get full nights of well rested sleep.
Great suggestions on here . There are many safe meds and you may be able to have success with a low dose . CBD gummies are beneficial I hear . I would highly recommend physically activity not just walking although that is definitely good . But working out is a tremendous stress reliever for your body and mind . I know many trainers who will swear by this . I do work out but I know I don’t do as often as I should … shame on me bc it works . It will also help tire you out so you get consistent deep sleep which is needed. An anxious mind doesn’t sleep well or long enough
