Anyone have PMDD. I’m almost 100% sure I do and I’m struggling so bad this month. If you have it what helps you? I hate drs but yes hopefully I can get an appt soon.

My godsend has been Pristiq and Wellbutrin. Tried birth control which calmed it down but it was still bad. These meds have helped more than anything
