Okay moms I wanna loose weight what does everyone do to help them I have zero time for walks unless I have free time I’m just not happy with the way I look I wanna feel sexy for my man he already says I am but I don’t feel it
Weight watchers helped me
Just watch your calories, carbs, sodium etc. get rid of processed food, get rid of sodas/pops, drink plenty of water and exercise even if it’s on the floor of your bedroom like sit-ups push-ups etc. Also fyi s.e.x. burns calories too
Start watching your carbs. Fasting.

More water, stay away from carbs/startches. But I have insulin resistance and everyone’s body is different.
I just cut down to eating one meal a day

You have to be in a calorie deficit to lose weight. 80% of weight loss is diet. 20% exercise
Diet and exercise. Keep a food diary and track your caloric intake/output. Exercise at home - you can find millions of workout videos on YouTube for free. Increase water intake, increase fresh produce and lean meats. Minimize junk food.
You have to be disciplined. It’s as simple as that. Don’t eat things that are unhealthy. Make time in your schedule for workouts. Commit to your goals. Keep going on the days you don’t feel like it and don’t make excuses along the way. Discipline is the key to success with any goal- not just weight loss.
Intermittent fasting worked for me!
Smaller meals more frequently but ultimately don’t put too much pressure on yourself … stress is something that many people overlook it wrecks havoc on the body. If you want to feel more sexy for your man have more sex with him get on top and make it a workout he will love it and so will you with the look on his face
You can do little work outs sitting on your sofa lifting your legs etc (can Google it) watch Cals and mostly carbs so pasta lol
- Eat more vegetarian/vegan meals.
- Buy organic meats & dairy with no growth hormones.
- Eliminate sugary drinks. There are enough flavors of teas and seltzer to give you a good variety, plus you can tint your water with a tiny bit of juice or make infusions by putting melon, cucumber, mint, lemon, lime, or orange slices in water.
- dry white wine and gin and tonics have fewer calories than other drinks.
Make colorful vegetables the biggest part of your plate, white carbs the smallest. Eat more fiber. More oatmeal and plain yogurt for breakfast with fresh or dried fruit and nuts if you like. Whole wheat pasta & 100% whole wheat bread, brown rice (lots of varieties), wild rice.
Skip chips. Go for hummus and carrot/celery sticks. HipPeas, Pirate’s Booty and plain popcorn make great snacks. Limit cheese to dessert-sized portions. Get good, strong tasting cheese and use less: blue, Parmesan, extra sharp cheddar, etc.
Skip desserts except for special occasions. I keep dark chocolate morsels on hand and eat a few (like 5 at most) when I have a craving.
Cut out carbs and sugars. Drink water, if you aren’t a huge fan of water, add some lemon to it.

I’m the same! And I don’t have time either. I do a 20min fat burning video on YouTube everyday & the kids join in. I cut out bread, pasta, anything sweet, pastry literally everything. I have veg and meat for tea, salad for dinner and porridge/oats for breakfast, if I’m hungry il have a bowl of fruit. Ive lost 1/2stone in 10days.
Calories. Use an online calculator to find out how may calories you can eat a day to achieve the desired lbs.

Cut out all high sugar foods including artificial sweeteners. Reduce carbs significantly. Increase high protein and high nutrient foods. Watch your calorie intake. Drink only water
Unfortunately you will have to schedule time for exercise. So you gota fix that no time for walking thing. Just dieting doesn’t always help there’s a reason they say exercise with dieting. I’d suggest making time for losing weight. If you don’t have time for a 15 minute walk a day I don’t see much help here
Cut down on sugars and carbs. For dinner cut out all carbs. Do meat and veggies only. Drink lots of water. Throughout the day eat fruit veggies and meat. Don’t starve yourself or you will gain more weight. I know you said no walk but at work walk around when you take a break. If you watch kids take them in the stroller for a walk or have them walk with you. I also bought a tread mill for $100 on Facebook going to move mine in my room and watch tv as I briskly walk
I cut my meal portions in half and I just have a small snack for lunch usually a granola bar and a coke . Exercise!!! You have to find time for it if you really want to lose weight. I lost 145 pounds this way. But I exercised 2 hours nightly and my job keeps me up and going .
Less calories in , no other way. Cut portions, stop eating junk food, drink more water, no sodas, . Start with small changes: if you love potatoes, give up the gravy. Eat the burger but not the fries etc. It’s changing your habits
I cut my calorie intake significantly (like to 900 per day)Like someone else said you have to change your eating habits. I cut my portion sizes. And for dinner I usually only ate the protein. I lost a little over 70 lbs in about 10 months. And that was without working out/walking. I have health issues that limit my mobility so working out and walking aren’t really an option for me!
