question for everyone:
What are good birth plan templates? What needs to be included? Never made one with my first she came too early (34 weeks)
I’m currently 32 weeks and want to be prepared in case he comes early too!

I don’t have any templates but my midwife did tell me at my apt last week (when she was helping me write mine) to make sure to phrase things in a way that doesn’t come off adversarial or completely inflexible because it automatically puts the nurses etc in a certain mindset haha
Karah Morgan mine said the same basically. Birth preferences, cause it usually doesnt go accoring to plan lol.
I just told them all no forceps, no vacuum, and if things go bad make sure our baby is taken care of first.
