Okay so I have already asked about the mirena IUD and got the opinions. What birth control would you recommend??

Your safest is the pill in my opinion. Depo made me gain excessive amounts of weight that wouldn’t shred until it was out of my system, the IUD I got pregnant on and it caused a miscarriage, the arm implant messed with my nervous system and I almost had a heart attack on it (in my 20s) the only thing that hasn’t messed me up emotionally or physically was the pill.
Paragard IUD. It’s made copper and has no hormones.
