I have my rainbow baby on the way. I will be Exclusively pumping. I am so new to all of this and just get overwhelmed looking at everything. Any tips? Pump recommendations?
Spectra s1/2 or Medela is great options! Don’t be surprised when getting little to nothing the first few days. Many women find it easier to nurse the first few days because colostrum is very thick and stick, quite hard to get out❤
Make sure you get a prescription from your doctor for a breast pump. Almost every insurance will cover the entire cost of a pump. You can fill the prescription at any medical supply store.
