I use this one if this is what you’re referring to. Love it and helps so so so much with pressure! I work on my feet and it helps get me through the day. I carry super low!

If you mean a pant extender, I used this one. I loved it and didn’t have to buy any maternity pants.

I use a waist shaper in two sizes larger. It provides great support, helps with back pain and even prevents the uncomfortable maternity pant roll down.
