There’s an income calculator if you Google it

It depends on your family size. If you go online to your states human service dept they have a graph of the cutoffs depending on family size.

There’s several factors that play into it but honestly just sign up and go for it. The only bs is they go by pay BEFORE TAXES (at least my state does) which isn’t reality  but sounds like you’d be able to at that wage now

Depends on where you’re from. Ours is like 4000ish for 3 people and they don’t factor in rent or other bills. And they use your before tax income.

I think it varies by state. Every state has different minimum wage, so it would make sense. You should be able to look it up.

They take your bills into account. Least you could do is go apply🤷‍♀️

My daughter made $15 an hour and got $200 in FS. She only works part time.

As soon as her pay jumped to $18 with the same hours her FS went to the minimum in our state which is $23.

She doesn’t have kids so that’s probably a factor. But so many people with kids in my state (MD) have had the same thing happen.

I work part time(20 hrs a week) making 17.84/hr. My son also gets max for ssi. We pay 675 in rent and we get just over $400 in stamps. Hope this helps. (Note it’s me and 2 kids)

Not sure if it depends on the state or not, but it also depends on how many are in your home.

My ssdi is $1317/ month. I only qualify for $20 a month. I have one kid. She gets some too.
I live in Oregon

Depends on family size. I have a family of 4. With one income i make too much to qualify. What i dont think theyre doing is taking into account the rise in EVERYTHING in the last few years.

Someone is taking a lot of out your paychecks wow… what state are you in… I don’t know much about food stamps… first time applying in 11 years… family of 3 and we get $36 a month lol I’m in Michigan… 11 years ago I got $27 when it was just me and daughter… so we went up a whole $9

Depends on what state you are in. I’m a caseworker for my state so I know each state is different. You should be able to go online and look at the income limit for your state. Just Google income limit for snap for whatever state you are in. And just know it’s gross income,. Not net

Varies by state. You would have to Google your states maximum or call the office.

Depends on how many are on the case and the location. More than likely it will just be lowered.

If you cut corners you can make it with a wage increase and EBT decrease. Don’t know the situation but if you a single mom you should be getting child support.

I made $16 an hr and they cut me off like 8 months ago. I only made maybe $2000 a month

I don’t even qualify for them, my husband makes too much for us to get them. But it varies on state by state.

I live in ohio I make 16 a hour my rent is 1350 not included any utilities or water and sewer. I work full time and still don’t have enough to pay rent and bills I don’t qualify for food stamps or medical anymore. I hate it here . I’m literally choosing to pay a bill or buy groceries or medicine I can’t do both

Your best bet is to go to Mexico become a citizen then cross back into the US illegally and you will get $13,000 EBT and $5,000 cash monthly :rage: Welcome to the USA where you can finally live like political big dogs but you just have to be a non citizen to do so :rage:

Depends what state and how many kids you have. You should be able to find the chart on Google.

It tells you on the website. But your overhead with rent and bills you might be okay. Every state and county different

It varies by state. I’m in NC and make just over $17 an hour and only get $86 a month. I also have 3 kids though :woman_shrugging:t2:

Depends on the size of household and the state

It depends on your state , but applying will not hurt you

Depends on your county you will have to apply and see what happens

Look up income limits for your state

Depends on the amount of kids on account and as long as you make enough to pay your rent that’s all they care about so the up in wages will definitely cause a decrease in ebt

Each state is different, report the income change, the food stamp office will tell you how much you will get.

Every state is different. You can Google your State EBT benefits. Sometimes they have an EBT calculator.

Look at your state website

Depends on a lot of factors not just income. Nobody here can tell you for sure.
