Okay mommas, what’s the difference between Braxton hicks and actual contractions?

So Braxton Hicks are irregular. They vary how many minutes apart and how long they last. Labor contractions are regular meaning they are evenly spaced and grow closer and closer together. It can be hard to tell so be sure to time them and write them down
