What is your favorite brand of purse?

What’s your favorite purse brand? Kate spades, MK, and coach have been disappointing me lately. They don’t seem as nice or sturdy as what they use to be. The quality seems to be going down.

Kate Spades has always been my go back to purse. I have Coach, MK, Dooney & Burke, TB etc. I am a shoe and purse person.

My favorite brand are Oe, tous and guess

I don’t buy things for the label. I buy things that are well made and suit my style regardless of who makes it. I have purses that cost as little as 30 dollars that looked amazing, made really well and lasted for years and years.

How long do we really carry a purse ? I am coach, my daughter Katie. And yes the quality is going down, but like many others I will buy

I love Sak or Jack Georges

One with enough pockets. Doesn’t need to be name brand, heck I’m sure I can find 299 reasons to not buy name brand :joy:

Brahmin. This brand will last forever.

I’ve always been a Coach girl. I used to have many but I gifted them to a close friend. Even a purse and wallet set that was from the main store. The rest were outlet purchases.
I just bought myself a cute cross body and wallet after I got my new job, from the outlet.

#FirstWorldMomProblems :rofl::rofl::rofl:

I get mine from thrift stores and Ross
Brand doesn’t matter as long as it’s under $20, functional, comfortable, and I like the way it looks
Have a small collection of Multi-sac bags that work well

Depends on your style also . I love colorful and purses that are different, my favorite brands are Mary Frances/ Betsy Johnson and Loungefly, they are absolutely gorgeous, cute as hell and the quality is top notch.
But I also have several that are not brand and I love them as well

Telfar for sure lately for new purse purchases. But my Louis Vuitton bags from 18yrs ago are still in excellent condition and I carry those the most. If you have the coins LV is definitely worth the investment. Expensive, but worth it because you can have them forever AND if you do get wear and tear you can get it fixed for free when you take them in to the LV stores for repair

I buy purses from Marshall’s or Ross that have lots of pockets and preferably brass studs on the bottom to keep them slightly cleaner. When my kids were little my purses had to stand up to muddy soccer fields, dirty gym floors, movie theater floors.m, etc. Now they still have to contend with cluttered car floors, restroom floors where there are no hooks and more.

I can wipe down cheap purses easily and once they give up the ghost from getting tossed in vehicles and dragged everywhere I can pick out something new and exciting for less than $40. I do have somewhat nicer “going out” purses (often nice gifts) that don’t have to house anything but ID, credit card, cash, lip gloss, pen, facial tissues and keys and not all the extra crap that gets hauled around in a mom/grandma purse.

Myra bags. They’re inexpensive and so cool! The biggest thing for me is the inside is lighter color so I can actually see what I’m looking for.

I absolutely adore Kate Spade bags but I have had some recent quality issues as well. Armani is beautiful quality and Guess has some fun bags that are affordable and well made.

Frye, Fossil, American Leather and Kooba are REALLY good quality bag’s.

I buy my purses at Ross and TJMaxx🤷🏼‍♀️. They hold up just fine.

I just bought a purse from Brixley (check them out!) and I love it. It’s really simple and cute but practical. I’m not really into “name brands”. I have a few Louis Vuitton’s and Marc Jacobs, etc but I always go for the cheaper bags. :slightly_smiling_face:
